hi

the issues depend upon the clients requirements, their business flow/business nature.

it wont be appropriate to list them without understanding/nowing the clients requirements.

but,, trying to make an attempt....here are few...

if the client is implementing erp for the first time..then the major concern for him will be...how well can we mapp his present legacy system with erp.

what are the different issues which cannot be mapped..how can they be taken care off...do we need to work around or customize forms, reports ...

what could be the accounting structure.

how can we import data from legacy system to erp
how to handle the opening/closing books
how to configure setups in each module...which check box to be enabled..which should not be....infact, overall setups come under implimentation process.

there are many such issues wich arise during implimentation

and comming to support issues...all the posts, threads you can find in erpstuff.com are support issues.

sorry to be so vague...but can't help it..

by the way....
the best way to answer your's specific question is....ask your self abt how will your double entry book system..or information in Tally or any such tool is mapped to erp...u will find the answer for yourself.

before doing this you need to understand pro's and con's of erp.
