UNABLE TO FIND TRANSCTION DETAILS OF A RECEIPT

Dear friends,

I am able to view the receipt number. But, the entire screen is going blank except the receipt number field. I am not able to find the item, quantiy, supplier and etc on the screen.

Receiving Transaction Summary --> Receipt No. --> Find --> Transactions -->

Please check your receipt has been delivered or not> If you setup the receving options=>Receipt Routing = Standard Receipt or Inspection Required. It required Receiving Transaction then it will show you transaction in Receiving Transaction Summary. Other incase of Direct Delivery it should show you Transaction Summary.
