Advance pay in SAUDI localization

In Oracle Payroll SAUDI Localization this no Advance pay functionality. For example (employee want to get Vacation pay in advance for the following case).
1- Vacation pay for next month.
2- Vacation for more than one month.
How can we handle this case in the HRMS and GL.
Please all member can share his knowledge and comment here.

Saudi localization not have advance payment in payroll, can we do customization to have the same, the answer is yes, I need from all Saudi member to put there requirement than i will put the solution after that

The first step for this solution, you need to create the following:-
1) Vacation without pay element.
2) Vacation with pay element.

if the employee want vacation without pay you can use the first element which will play the role to do the following:-
- Decrease vacation balance.
- Deduct the allowance which the employee not takes it when he was in vacation.

if the employee want to have vacation with pay you need to use the second element which will do the following:-
- Decrease vacation balance.
- Deduct the allowance which the employee not takes it when he is in vacation.
- Create new element entries in employee assignment for advance pay for the vacation days.
- Create another element for recovery advance pay for the period pay.
- We must have good care for other deduction, loan and Monthly GOSI deduction.
- This soluation all so have care for the payroll transfer to GL.

I cannot understand how system like oracle not provide main
funcation like advance pay as default.. and I think your solution Mr.faleh it will be useful for all HR system because it depend on create elemnts
