Report Output default to Excel

Hi Gurus,

Is there a work around to default the report output to excel.

Currently users are changing the format from PDF to Excel in Options tab (concurrent program).

I have attached an rtf file in XML publisher. Every time we need to change the format to excel before submitting the program.
