Planner not able to create in Inventory

Hi Friends..

I have created own BG,LE,OU,Employees & responsiblity..Not able to

call the employees in the planner and buyer creation form...

To call the planner,

Step 1 : Define in INVENTORY-SETUP-PLANNERS
Step 2 : GO ITEM MASTER, search for that particular item.
Step 3 : Org. assignment, Org Attributes
Step 4 : Click at General Plannig
Step 5 : Click at Planner (LOV)
