Form Close (X) Button is not working

Hi all,
i created the Employee joining form in my organization in oracle 6i using template.fmb and i made all necessary changes to template.fmb, even i wrote tiggers correctly in pre-form.
I registered this form to apps 11i, when i try to close this form, it is not closing. Any body faced this problem any time.Pls give me suggession to this problem???Earliest reply wil be appreciated.You may send the answer to my id also.

Hi friends,

When I change When-windows-closed trigger as :
before it was:
-- app_standard.event('WHEN-WINDOW-CLOSED');

I changed to :
APP_STANDARD.EVENT('KEY-EXIT');

Then windows was closing normal
