Developing EBS forms on windows

How can i create the linux forms environment on windows, such as if i want to import all the libraries and packages of Oracle EBS forms and use them on windows. I want to develop the whole form on windows paltform and just paste and re-compile it on linux.
What will be the steps ?

Modify the standard form.

1.Move the standard form; from sever to your desktop though FTP.
2.open the form in form builder
3.if you are getting the error so copy the all library and support forms move to your desktop. After that open the form with errors.
4.Made the changes in form as per the requirement and compile the form.
5.Placed the form in respective path.
6.Run the command f60gen in unix or linux environment to compile the form.
7. goto the responsibility of application developer
in the register menu first register your form
8.Then register function and selecty the form name in
the form tab.
9.Attach the function to your menu in the menu screen

Then you can find your form in your responsibility.

Develop the New from

1. open the template.fmb
2. Develop form as per the requirement and compile the form.

Rest of the steps same as above.
