Conc. request after changes in approval hierarchy?

Hi Folks,

Actually I made some changes in our Employees Position Hierarchy.
So, actually one of my friend said, there must be a concurrent request to be ran after making any changes in position hierarchy (but he is not sure).

So, can anybody please tell me that which concurrent request should be run.
