Import Standard Clauses from Legacy system

I want to upload data from legacy system in to oracle applications.

Like i want to upload Standard Clauses in Procurement Contracts.

has anyone before uploaded clauses from legacy system into Oracle Applications?

Can i any one guide me in this ?
