The possibility of using multiple hierarchy for the same Purchasing Document (Standard PO), the requirement is, if Local POs the document should flow in one path and for Foreign another path. Can you please share the same.

It's Very Common Business Process.
If any organization have two departments public relation and communication (PRC) and purchasing (PO).
PRC department deals with employee travel tickets and newspapers
PO department deals with Purchase of Materials , Consulting Service etc.
PRC lead by PRC head who is reporting to CFO
PO department lead by GM procurement also reporting to CFO .
in this case CFO is TOP of the tree and you can maintain two branches one is PRC head and other one is GM procurement
