Hi Experts,

Is thre a possibility to send the notifications (PO/PR approvals) as an email without any help of the technical people(Workflow email alerts).

It easy to define an alert. select the responsibility of Alert manager and define the an alert. we have two type of alert one it event base and other one periodic alert. define the query what you send in alert.

Setup Notification Mailer for approval by using email only you need to setup both inbound and outbound
