HOW CAN I CANCEL ORDER WAS SHIPPED

can u helpe me to know step of canceling order was shipped and return the items to subinventory because i transact wrong items and do shipconfirm please need helpe

Hi,

U cant do cancel after shipped. but u can Return item to sub inventory using RMA. u can do that using return line type or new return order

u can't cancel the shipped order,u can return this order to the sub from
where it had been out,then create credit memo...then adjust credit memo with invoice.

after this then u can make a new order with the same item which was
previouly taken.
