You will take all 9 Segments Set Qualifier as balancing then try it again.
Explain all the segments in cost Allocation with its all Qualifier what level of costing you want to done on which segments

Thanks & Regards

Level of Costing means that you will set the qualifiers of segment at Flex field Segment window Qualifiers. at assignment level at element link element entry these are the level of costing by setting the Segment Qualifiers of the cost allocation flex field.

explain you question please

You can use Distribution Set for employee wise costing at element link window as well on the assignment window that you set the qualifier on segment.

Distribution Set define on the Element Set window you will take Name as you want and type as Distribution Set.

Using HRMS Super User Responsibility

Navigation Path --> Payroll --> Element Set

On Oracle Application R12

Dear Maria,

If I understood your case, do you mean you want to let the balancing field gets its values from the Organization and Assignment levels just like costing field?
