to display icon on button oracle form 10g

I want to display the icon on button in form 10g.
I have done the following steps but still icons is not displayed.
1 . create .jar file
2 . put it in java folder.
3 . edit the webform.config file
4 . change in registry of ui_icons path
5. put the icon on button .

How i can solved the problem.
Can any one help me to solved the problem.
