Hi Arvin,

You asked the whole HRMS processes in one question. I think you first get to know how to create new employee records, and link with other modules.

If I am right then let me know so I will send you the documentation step by step.

Many Thanks,
Muzamil

HR Processes vary accoring to client business.
but in general, you will notice that the following processes take place in an HR environment:
1) Recruitment (Vacancies, Applications, Hiring, Rehiring, ...)
2) Career Planning and Management (Competence Matching, Career Path, ...)
3) Absence and Vacation Management (Defininig absence types, Recording absences, Following up on them, Linking to Payment, ...)
4) Performance Management (Competencies, Appraisals, Evaluation, ...)
5) Compensation Management (Salary, Payment, Retro-Payment, Advance Payment, Costing, Integration with GL, ...)
6) Termination (End of service remuneration, ...)

I hope this is useful to you. if you need any elaboration, feel free to ask.

Best Regards,
