Image Now With Oracle Apps

We are using Image Now 6.2 Server connected to an Oracle e-Business Suite R12.0.4 environment. We are trying to get Image Now to correctly read the data fields on the Invoice screen in Payables. The problem that we are having is that we are not sure how to instruct Image Now to read each line in a multi-line screen. Currently, it only wants to read from the first line. Has anyone found a solution for this problem? If so, how did you make it work?...
