Hi Swpana,

Hope you are doing good. Could I help you out in setting up the Pay Scale, Point Values, Grade Steps and Points, Progression Approval with my little experience?

Not sure if you wanted the set up steps. But below are the steps involved. Seniors, kindly correctly me if needed.

<u>setting up Grades</u>
Navigate to : Work structure> Grade> Description

Defining Grade Rates:
Navigate to : Work structure> Grade> Grade Rate
Grade Rates can be fixed value or range of values as per your client requirement.

<u> Defining Pay scale</u>
Pay scales are used to establish values for grade names.

Navigate to : Work structure> Grade> Pay Scale.

These are a series of grade steps or points with specific values of pay for each point/step.

<u>Defining Point Values</u>
Assign rates to each of the progression point in the pay scale. Can be date tracked.
Navigate to : Work structure> Grade> Values.
normally defined in monetary terms.

<u>Defining Grade Steps and Points,</u>
Navigate to : Work structure> Grade> Grade step & point

I Can do that for you if you gave me more information about the company you want to implement is pay scale if it is in saudi i have full screenshot for you. i am Implementating this for many company also i used grade ladder
no need
grade rate as mr. Namrata said in his document
