Autocreate purchase order?

can i autocreate purchase order in second time with requisition for which i had already created one standard po?

If you have created a PO for a partial quantity (of requisition), then you can create another PO for the remaining quantity. The total PO quantity should not be more than requisition quantity. i.e, if you have created PO for the full requisition quantity, then you can not create PO refering to the same requisition again.
