Getting Java Lang error ?

Hi all,
When i try to to register from (iRecruitment External Site visitor) responsibility and click (Register Today) i get the following error.
<b>Unexpected error occured, Contact your system administrator
(ERROR)</b>when i click (ERROR) lik i get (Java lang error).
Did any one experience this .
