Problems related to Oracle Project Management!!!

Hi everybody, I am a new joinee in this forum.I have been working on Oracle HRMS and Project Management.I would like to know how to assign Resources with Task ( A Project is made up of one or more Tasks) in Oracle Project Management. Please mention the Navigation Path we required for that.I am working on Vision.Waiting for your early reply.
