Journal Import And Update Posting Control In Pending Standby Status For Hours For One User. But the same responsibilities assigin to other user

the concurrent manager is normal.

We have run the single Journal import. This is normally completed.

But actually we have run the request "General Ledger Transfer Program" from AR. This request is normally completed but in which call the another request Journal Import And Update Posting Control In Pending Standby Status .
