About role in 11i EBS?

Role:
I have a question on it.
In Oracle database we can assign a role.
What about role in 11i EBS?
I know in 11i we can create User, and assign Responsibility to the User.
How to deal with Roll in the 11i? Please explain
Someone asked me when we talk about 11i Apps DBA, do you know how to maintain the role?
