We are using subject mention request in test it's working find, but on production server, it is not working re-print functionality by toll menu. We print using output button and copy to explore, however oracle standard functionality available for re-print.

Please help me on this regard.

Can you tell me Navigation How you are Working on Reprint

just select Gl Responsibility and submit subject mentiond request after completion of this reprot you can take print just reprint option.

Navigation:Just go Tool Menu and 2nd option is reprint.

this option is working fine in test instance but there is problem in Prod instance.
