How can we control the quote version. Once quote is created cant be altered but its version can be created and the quote entering person can change in next version quote .

Scienario is
1- Quote is created and saved and system alloted the number 101.
2- No changes should be allowed to quote # 101.
3- Its version can be created and the changes should be allowed in its version 1.
4- When version 1 is created and saved again no change should be allowed but allowed to create its new version.

you can achieve this by processing constrain
