Internet expense report not appearing issue

Dear all,

We are facing an issue with expense report. We are unable to find the expense report where as approved by Manager, only we can see backend wich showing status code as blank and frontend user screen,auditor page and workflow responsibility not able to fine.

Please can any one help on this..
