Ora apps 12.1.1 daily maintncne/ purging old files

Hi

I am new for 12.1.1, as sysadmin, i need to remove manually old output files, .out, .xml, .pdf, .txt, .rtf.

I know two locations like
1. $APPLCSF/out or $APPLCSF/log
2. Report Cache directory.

I want to know what are the other files like old logs, OAM old file etc. if somebody can share any document self made it will be helpful. what are the other file i need to to clean up on regular basis.
