Requistion Rejected showing Inprocess Status

Hi

There is one Issue at req level, Requisition has been rejected , in Action History shows Rejected but in Approval Status showing 'Inprocess' and same we are unable to find any workflow against that requisition, and same even we can't bring that Requisition into Incomplete stauts from DBA because Funds are reserved against Req. Please can one suggest us to over come of the issue
