The three fast formulas need to be assigned to the Payment Method Form (and for the Payment Method: Magnetic Transfer) as i explained in point 2 "Link those Formulas to the Bank Transfer Payment Method using Payment Methods form".

Enter the correct dates for October absence starting from 1st to 31 in the absences form.

If a leave is to be entered after Payroll run, then you can capture it by running the RetroPay Process. This should impose the deduction in the next month.

Dear Sowjanya,

A fast formula can not be assigned directly to an employee, rather, you assign the employee to a Payroll; and upon running the Payroll, it will run all the Fast Formulas to calculate employee Compensations and Benefits.
