Hi, easiest way to handle concurrent manager in windows in case of inactivity,
recreate it using ccmsetup.exe and after this run auto config on Application side and then bounce the instance or machine.
Hope then you will not get this abnormality.

Because delete of users are common practice in other ERP's.

i want to know ,how to delete oracle 11i application user not the database user.

e.g. i created a user from security---> define---->user

yes it is good atleast u should follow this. you can also perform incremental backup through rman to save time.
