Rather use the Correct Receipts functionality ,ensure the PO line is still open and not matched before Correcting Receipts,afterwards ask the Buyer to open the PO and change he price,.The only problem you might have is if the Requisition was created from a catalogue.

How prevent sending mass email to suppliers

After the Buyer autocreate the PO and wants to email the PO to the supplier,the Workflow emails of that PO goes to the supplier as well.How can i stop that from happening?

If i read correctly you only receipted the 800 from the 1000 you ordered,the buyer should close the PO line for receiving for the 800 that was receipted.

Hi Mahesh just ensure that you specify what should go for approval before activating the vacation rule because if you dont specify everything will go to the other person.

The Buyer can can change the orginal requestor to the new requestor in PO's Distributions tab via his PO Buyer Responsibility.

Instance PROD/TEST/VIS? =Prod
Module? = iProcurement
OS? =
When buyer creates PO and try to email suppliers ,email does not go to the supplier.I even tried to change the email adress to my personal one but still no email notification .
Please help
