how can i map my data in the datafile by using the sqlloader .

my .csv file many data and my oracle table has 3 columns which are shuffled in the data file

how can i map each one of them and load them in the table

I have done setup related to gl budget and after booking the pa invoice i am getting the subjected error
Encumbrance Acctg Fail:Encumbrance accounting failed
