as stated earlier you can also query for your subinventory.Setups >>Organizations>>Sub Inv .Now Go to Item Attach your item . Attach the locator for this item.You can define multiple locators for this item .You can do this for multiple sub inv ie giving item+locator combination.

Hi Hitesh,
Q1) For PO approval u need to have a Approval Hierarchy defined in the system.Note that the Requisition Hierarchy is different from the PO hierachy and consits of only Users Defined as Buyers in the System .
