first go to sysadmin resp
search for your HRMS Responsibilty
get the name of your menu that exists in the resp form.

go the menu form then search with name of your menu
then add the following function as new one in the menu "PAYGBSOE"
then save and again go check in the ...

Actually the user dosen't have the security to work on this function so you need to go to system administrator , from the function form search for the function name "statment of earning" or soe to get the function name the add this function to the menu that existed in the resposibilty that it ...
