For RAC hotbackup, you need to take care of the Archive backup if archive is generated on common locaiton, then you can run backup from any of the server.

if you already have your company web page, you just need to put one link there and forward all the traffic to your web server, your network admin can help you in that for sure.....

did you check that your stage / installation media is without any corruption!!

Well the APPS DBA would be doing Oracle APPS 11i / 12, installation, cloning , patching, system administration etc
