Hi Nanda

Its a good option to understand what is PAYE and how it works in UK. There are plenty of free material available in the UK NIC website. Once you understand the concepts then you can start working on the Payroll functionality.

You can use www.solutionbeacon.com to practice in the library. But I really doubt about the speed and the issue with Solutionbeacon is from time to time they refresh the instance and your data is lost!

Hi Franklin

To learn Oracle HRMS, the first step and the mandatory module is Oracle HR which is also called as base module.
Once you are done with it,either you can learn Payroll if you are good and comfortable with Numbers and PL/SQL or learn Self-Service to start off..
