Submit the Payable Transfer to General Ledger program transfer to Accounting Entries from Payable to GL Interface tables.

once u can check ur period type....otherwise
ur descriptive flefield calendar is enbled(this is at the top of right box in caledar).

Calendar is using for entering the journals. Special calendar is using for Recurring invoice and withholding invoice.
