how to schedule con.c program by using UNIX shells script....

I have 10 flat files in single folder ,so by using one control file how we transfer all 10 files data in single table.

Dear gurus[:)] i have question rgarding outside processsing scenarios problem . if i have to send plate 30m outside to make job out of 30m only suppose only 18m consume in making jobs so am sending one material outside and receiving two materials after job completion. how to map this scenario in app...
