Hello and Assalam o alay kum Dear Gurus I just want to know is there any functionality in oracle Payables/ Receivables in which we can restrict a user who is using XYZ responsibility to view invoices only entered in XYZ responsibility. Means he cant not see invoices entered in other responsibilities...

As soon as You got the the work order signed it will become chargable ...

And when out of the total that portion of work which you have completed and got the sign off from the consultant will become billable
