Hi,
Our users are receiving duplicate emails when the email is sent from yahoo or gmail but not from hotmail. Like if there are 3 recipient in TO then each recipient will receive 3 emails.

Our OCS version is 10.2 on Linux AS 4.

I think, Due to any reason the required rights have been changed on your system so please run this root.sh script as root user.

$ cd /oracle/prodora/8.0.6/orainst/

$ sh root.sh

It will set the rights. After that try the adcfgclone.pl script.

The uninstallation process is manual for Oracle Applications and if you want to uninstall the Applications from the system follow these steps,

1) Login as oracle user and stop all applications services
2) Delete the oracle folder from the system by using the Linux command
$ rm -rf /oracle <give ...
