How can I hide the parameter in Oracle Apps report while defining the concurrent program and its paramters from Oracle Apps i.e., I want the value to be populated into the paramater but it should be invisible.

In addition to the above mentioned solutions also look into your third party products' installation sequence. You should follow a particular order:

1. Install Visual C++
2. Install MKS Toolkit
3. JDK 1.3.1

Copy an exe file named gnumake.exe into C:\MKS\mksnt path.

Why are you using SQL Loader? Try using Toad or PLSQL Developer for this purpose. It's a lot easier than SQL Loader.

What error it displays when you run the program?

Brother it was Vision Installation and if the installation would stuck at 99%, though I am not so aged, but I should have suffered a heart attack then [:)].

And functions are assigned to Menus and Menus, in turn, are assigned to Responsibilities and Responsibilities, in the end, are assigned to Users.

Try to restart the Concurrent Manager by System Administrator responsibility.

Concurrent > Managers > Administer

Restart the Standard Manager.

Have you checked whether you have attached your set of books to the user or responsibility with which you are trying to log in?

Check whether you have assigned GL responsibility to your User.

Check the Start and End Dates properly. End Date should be date earlier than the current date. Log out of the Apps and then Login again and check whether the changes take effect or not.
