Hi Ahmad, the requests are on auto schedule and all the modifiers are automatic.

And the profile option "OM : Discount privilege" is showing a blank page, what is the expected value?

we are getting many issues on pricing.Most of them on Modifier not getting applied( whether it is a handling fee,restock fee, Promotional modifier or other discount modifiers not getting applied).some of these getting applied intermittently but sometimes not.

Actually I have checked were there any modifiers applied on previous orders where the handling fee(a lumpsum of $14.95)got applied,but nothing found.
So I am just wondering is this has to comeup from Modifiers or any other?
