Somebody please email me Using Cygwin to Maintain Release 11i on Windows (Metalink Note 302859.1) as I dont have access to metalink or please guide me on how and what to install in Cygwin. I am trying to setup oracle apps r12 on windows platform.

I am downloading oracle ebusiness suites from edelivery site. Now I am looking for a step by step instructions for installing r12 Application on Windows Platform. Please advice.
