check in Menu Form in application,when u create responsibility mention
menu.
In menu form Define function and sub menu.sub menu just like a menu.

report Successfully added with parameter.now try to add
list of value(LOV) in Parameter.For Exp
add parameter vendor name and try list of vendors display user
to select LOV.Please Provide Solution.
