I want to rename some positions which are using a same value in the first segment, like i have got one value HRMS Consultant in position value set. I have got 10 single incumbent positions with the same name like

For generating web adi letters u can refer to DOC ID 360105.1. you can get this document from metalink. While creating a view for any WEB ADI Letter u can handle it from the view u have created. Hope it helps.
