Please tell me that in scenario if all the 22 Attributes which are standard in descriptive flexfield have been used, can any more attributes be created for being used.?

How can we check whether all have been used or not.

I think you are correct in this alternative also. DFF can be used to store wherever any previous year entry is being entered if user simply writes an indicator for the same while making the journal entry as "PY-P4-04". These entries will be uploaded in the entity SOB through ADI ...

However in the case you are referring to if i keep joural category constant, in that case the prior period entries cannot be tracked by the fiscal year they pertain. There are lot of such entries.
