I have create a library with .pll and save it in a folder then change the form_path in envir: variable and in registry and then attached but it is not work it give me the compilation error that this procedure is not found. what i have to do to solve this problem. Plz tell me detail steps about this....

I copy the D2Kcomn.pll,D2kutil.pll,d2kwut60.dll in win 32 of window but how i can register it. I want to use Win_Api_Utility buit in and win_appi_session to change the icon of mdi in form 6i .
how i can do it .
