is this in user creatation windows, if yes do you want to use this for SSHR. if yes be sure about the people type ployee in the people windows to be as employee to see it in LOV.

HR Core same as tradational personnel put HR with Talent Management it transfer the work in HR from tradational to proactive when you implement the Competency concept in all hr functionalty, like Career path ang gap analysis and so on

what are you mean by employees hierachy. there are to hierechy in oracle hrms as the following:
1- position hierarchy.
2- organization hierarchy.
