if we raised a debit memo in ap we will refund the money if we already paid the standard invoice. suppose if we not paid the standard invoice ,we raised the debit memo,after raising the debit memo ,now we want to make the invoice.but it shows the same amount without reducing the debit memo .so what ...

in procure to pay process what are the entries will come if it is a inventory item and what are the entries if it is a expense item.
