Please guide me is there any specific process for year end in the oracle R12. please guide in steps.

Also Are the Balance of Expenses and Incomes closed to Retained earning or just simply carry forward.

I have entered a JV in GL and its Post button is not enable,check fund is in process.

i need to post it to effect the account. this is happening only with a single JV not with all JVs other are correctly entered and Posted.

Plz guide me ASAP

Hi Shah follow this AP Module-->Setup --> Payments-->Payment Administrator a window will open where u can define: 1-Payment Format 2-Payment Methods 3-Payment Process Profile Only then Payment Process Profile will populate there while making payment. Also go through the Saravanan advice. take care.

No workflow customization done, i m using R12.1.0.

i have attached the FA book where i mention the account of gain/loss.
Please guide me about it .

Also guide about how i can use subledger accounting for it and how it works.

When i retire asset in FA Module and transfer the data to GL through create accounting , it calculates gain/loss but it use cost center of Balance sheet instead of Other Income Cost center.

Plz guide on this urgently

While preparing setup of GL at start of Implementation, what procedure is used ,so that all the account Code combination automatically defined in the Account Code Combination window.

Also plz someone guide me how to Approve a JV in GL .
