I need to install Apps 11i again in the same OS (Windows). I removed all five tops (folders), removed inventory. But the old SID is still exist in the Services, how to remove it? The platform is Windows Server 2003.

1. Could you verify this purge command is correct? It is not purging when I did in NT platform. Do we have to do any patch for this?
